Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondent-State and learned counsel for the complainant.

It has been alleged against the applicants that they assaulted the family members of the complainant. They have received the injuries on head, fore arm, chest etc.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the weapons allegedly used in the crime have been recovered. The injured persons have also been discharged from the hospital. Most of the injuries are simple. Therefore, they may be released on bail.

Learned APP and learned counsel for the complainant would submit that the head injury received by one of the injured is serious. However, the injury report submitted by the learned APP shows that the said person has received a simple injury on right parietal region of scalp.

In that view of matter, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant Nos.1. RAM NARAYAN TONDE and 2.
GAUTAM NARAYAN TONDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.173 of 2022 registered by Police Station Sirsala, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the condition to attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer and they shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(iii) Criminal application No.3406 of 2022 to assist the learned APP is also allowed.
