It is stated across the Bar that notices would be published in Marathi daily "Lokmat", Nanded edition.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Issue notice to the unserved Respondent Nos.1 to 3 returnable on 06.10.2017. The Applicant shall have the said notice published at his own costs, in Marathi daily "Lokmat", Nanded edition at least ten days prior to the returnable date in the matter.
