PER COURT:- 1] The petitioner has approached this court, complaining non-observance of the directions issued by this Court on 9.2.2017 in Writ Petition No. 7238 of 2016.

2] An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of respondent No.1 and in para. 9 thereof, it is recorded thus :- "9.

I say and submit that, the notice publication was done at village Waluj on 13.09.2017 and at Taluka (Ashti) level on 17.09,2017. Tahsildar Ashti gave report on 13.11.2017 to Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Ashti. Then Deputy Superintendent of Land Record Ashti gave his report dated 14.11.2017 to District Superintendent of Land Record Beed office (present deponent). As there were no objections received in writing regarding correction in consolidation scheme of Gat No. 242, the correction is sanctioned by the present deponent under Section 31(A) of the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation & Consolidation of Holdings Act 1947 by letter dated 16.11.2017

{2} 19 sr.no..odt to Deputy Superintendent of Land Record Ashti. Accordingly, mutation in Gat No. 242 will be carried out by following due procedure of law. The above mentioned steps are also communicated to the petitioner."

3] In view of the contentions raised on behalf of respondent No.1 in the affidavit in reply, in respect of compliance of directives issued by this court on 9.2.2017, the grievance of the petitioner in the Contempt Petition no more deserves to be considered.

4] The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly. The notice issued earlier in the contempt petition stands recalled. [K.K.SONAWANE, J] [R.M. BORDE, J] grt/-
