The learned Counsel for the respondents tendered across the bar the certified copies of the documents already filed on record by the applicant. It appears that, in the compromise arrived at between the parties before the Executing Court, the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the applicant in this Court, was decided to be withdrawn by the said applicant. The applicant has, therefore, filed the present application seeking withdrawal of the said amount. 2.

On perusal of the documents on record, I see no difficulty in allowing the application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25000/- deposited by her in this Court along with the interest, if any, accrued thereon.

(ii) Civil application stands disposed of.
