We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

When we asked the learned counsel for the respondent No.5 to state the amount of gratuity payable to the petitioner as per the calculation of the respondent, Mr.Shahane, the learned counsel submits that as per the calculation of the respondent, Rs. 2,46,015/- is the amount payable to the petitioner.

The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs. 2,46,015/- towards the gratuity to the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In case the petitioner disputes the amount towards the payment of gratuity, the petitioner may approach the competent authority.

As far as other claims are concerned, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for recovery of the same.

In case the petitioner approaches the competent forum for redressal of his grievances as claimed, all the contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
