[I] Order In Civil Application No. 1434 Of 2025 :- 1.

This is an Application fled by the Original Claimant for condonation of 1754 days delay caused in preferring the CrossObjection. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Advocate Mr. Navandar waives service of notice for Respondent No.3.

Heard both the sides.

It is brought to my notice that, in connected Cross-Objections, this Court by order dated 22/01/2025 has condoned the delay in the Applications moved by the Claimants therein. A copy of the said order is circulated across the bar.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - 'B', subject to the condition that, the Applicant shall not be entitled for the statutory benefts and the interest for the said delayed period. Copy of this order be kept in the order sheet of the Appeal memo. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.

Since the connected Appeals along with Cross-Objections are kept on 30/04/2025, this matter be also kept on the Board dated 30/04/2025.
