DATE : 19.04.2022 PER COURT :- This Civil Application is taken out by the applicants/ petitioners to implead Baramati Agro Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Pimpli, Tq. Baramati, District Punre as party respondent No.82 inter alia amending Writ Petition by adding paragraph Nos. 14-A to 14-I and prayer clause ''CC".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and respondents.

Permission is granted to add proposed respondent No.82 as party respondent as well as to amend the petition as stated

914 C.A. No. 6177-2022-.odt herein above. Necessary amendment/addition shall be carried out within one week. After carrying out the amendment, the amended copy be supplied to the contesting respondents. 4.

Notice be issued to the newly added respondent No.82, which shall be made returnable after four weeks. In addition to Court's notice, the applicants shall also serve respondent No.82 with a private notice and shall fle an affidavit of service of notice a week before the returnable date.

Liberty is granted to the respondents to fle reply, if any.

Application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. Humdust is granted.
