Heard Mr. Pawar, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Jadhav, learned advocate for respondent No.2. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that proposal is submitted for starting a nursing school by the petitioner for the academic year 2012-13 and has also deposited challan towards inspection charges.

Respondent No.2 has also issued letter for inspection of the petitioner's premises where nursing school is to be started, however no inspection has been carried out. Even representation

{2} wp9528-14 has been submitted in this respect to the respondent, but no decision has been taken as yet.

Mr. Jadhav, learned advocate submits that respondent No.2 will take decision regarding inspection of the petitioner institution expeditiously.

In the light of the above, writ petition is disposed of. We direct that respondent No.2 shall take decision with regard to the inspection of the premises where the nursing school is sought to be started by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
