Perused the applications. Heard learned advocates for the applicants and respondent No.3 and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 2, State.

Considering the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that, the applicants are poor agriculturists and they do not knowing the law as well as the fact that the delay is not deliberately caused, the applications are deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. In view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the cases of Imrat Lal and Ors. Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and Ors., (2014) 14 SCC 133 and New Okhla Industrial Development Authority Vs. Rameshwar @ Ramesh Chandra Sharma (Dead) through legal heirs and Anr., 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1599, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. The applications are thus allowed. The delay caused in filing the cross objections stand condoned on the condition that the applicants shall not claim interest for the delayed period on the amount, if any, enhanced by this Court. 4.
The applications are disposed of accordingly. 5.
Cross objections be registered accordingly.
