In view of transfer of the suit property in faovur of proposed respondent No.3 by respondent No.2 in spite of injunction order, this application is moved for addition of respondent No.3. Advocate for respondent No.3 has no objection. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed ion terms of prayer clause (B). Learned Advocate for respondent No.2 makes a statement that he is not going to create third party interest in the suit property. The statement is accepted. Hence, prayer clause is not considered. Civil Application stands disposed of.
