We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned counsel for non-applicant and the learned AGP. The learned counsel submits that the right to sue survives. The original writ petitioner was claiming the selection grade pay, return of service book and other benefits also.

In view of that, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B) and (C).

The civil application is disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within 14 days.
