O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellants-original claimants have filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellants with their counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with counsel of Company are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

Appellants and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for identification. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 2,25,000/- to the appellants towards full and final settlement and agreed to deposit said amount within 60 days from the date of receipt of this award, in the concerned tribunal.

The appellant No. 1 has filed affidavit on behalf of appellant No.4 minor stating that compromise is in the interest of minor-appellant No. 4.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee, if any, be refunded to the appellants. 6.

Apportionment of amount of additional compensation as per this award to be made as per the award passed by the tribunal.
