Heard Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel for the petitioner, who after arguing for some time, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to raise all grounds before the Family Court, Latur in Petition D No. 02 / 2018. 2.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. All questions kept open.

Considering that the age of the daughter as 15 years and that of the son as 13 years, Mr. Bhausaheb Bhise, learned Counsel for respondent, makes a request that the proceedings before the Family Court be made time bound. Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection.

The Family Court, Latur, is requested to decide the Petition D No. 02/2018, as far as possible, within a period of 9 months from today. The parties shall co-operate and will not seek

The proceedings before the Family Court are fixed on 26th July 2021, on which date the petitioner shall appear and file his reply on the merits of the application as well as all objections which he may have available in law, without taking any further time for the same.
