1] The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal forwarded by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not being accepted and decided by respondent no.3.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.

3] In case the proposal forwarded by the Management seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall take decision on the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within 06 [six] months.

4] The petitioner may approach the Education Officer within a period of 15 days and if the proposal forwarded by the Management is not found, the fresh proposal be submitted for approval. The proposal should be considered by the Education Officer and the decision should be taken upon it preferably within 6 months. 5] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
