What is being sought by the Petitioner-Education Society is that the directions dated 18.01.2021 issued by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.798/2021 and 820/2021, which were disposed off, implemented. Grievance is that the files are being transmitted forward and backward. These are those files which were reconstructed after being destroyed in the year 2014 Mantralaya fire.

In view of the above, both these petitions are disposed off with a direction to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to complete the exercise as is required to

( 2 ) 13 wp 11359.23 be conducted in view of the provisions / Government Resolutions / policies of the Government, within a period of 90 days from today. 3.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any view or opinion on the issue raised and we only expect the authorities to take the said issue to a logical end within 90 days, if the said issue is still pending, save and except in the event of a legal impediment.
