OCTOBER 18, 2024 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subjectmatter in this petition can be challenged before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal (M.R.T.). He, on instructions, states that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the concerned M.R.T. He submits that the time spent before this court in this Writ Petition may kindly be excluded while prosecuting the matter before the M.R.T.

In view of the above, we dispose of the petition as withdrawn with liberty to approach the M.R.T. It is made clear that the time spent by the petitioner in this petition till date plus ten more days, shall be excluded by the M.R.T. while considering the aspect of delay. [NEERAJ P.
