Writ Petition was refused registration for non-removal of office objections and disposed off on 10.06.2013. Civil Application No.1033/2018 was filed on 03.09.2017. By order dated 07.07.2023, the said Civil Application was allowed and three weeks were granted to the Petitioner to remove all office objections so as to restore the petition. This timeline was missed by the Petitioner and, therefore, the present Civil Application is filed on 24.09.2022 with a delay of around 25 days. The office remark that the delay is of 3702 days, is incorrect.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed and by way of a last chance, all office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or
