We have heard Mr. Irale-Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. S.R. Dhelpe, learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Dhelpe, learned advocate submits that the application of the petitioner for transfer was rejected. In view of that, the petitioner will have to assail the same.
