Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By way of this application, the applicant is claiming restoration of his Second Appeal by setting aside order dated 28.02.2024 by condoning the delay of 163 days. Under the aforesaid order, the registration of his Second Appeal has been refused for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad, within three weeks.
