PER COURT :- I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Grievance is that the application Exhibit 108, 110 and 112 have been rejected by the trial Court by order dated 29.8.2018 in a proceeding, wherein, the applicant has prayed for heirship certificate. Despite the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the ten grounds formulated in the memo of the petition, I find that all his contentions, though appear to delay the 2012 proceedings, have been considered. The trial Court has observed that all his objections and contentions would be considered in the light of the certified copies of documents filed by both the sides.
