2021 and this Court under order dated 03-12-2021 directed the Municipal Corporation to take decision upon the representations. 2.

In light of that, in case the representations filed by the petitioners for pay-fixation and consequential benefits are pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of the present order. 3.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
