The petitioner seeks direction against the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to cause the inquiry in respect of the encroachment committed by respondent Nos. 7 and 8 upon common space of Sarola Kasar, Tal. and Dist. Ahmednagar.

Mr. More, the learned Counsel submits that in fact, the inquiry was already ordered. The respondents are not taking further steps against the respondent Nos. 7 and 8, such as causing measurement.

If respondent Nos. 7 and 8 have encroached upon the

2 1065-WP-10979-2019 Government land/public place, then the petitioner has got remedy to seek their disqualification before the competent authority. 4.

We will not entertain the petition in respect of the cause, which can be considered by the authority.
