Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By way of present writ petition, the petitioner challenges the notice dated 8.5.2025 passed by the learned Tahsildar, Rahuri for execution of decree passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Rahuri in R.C.S. No. 202/1975.

On perusal of the impugned notice, it appears that the petitioner can raise his objection in terms of the notice before the concerned Tahsildar as indicated in the notice. No case is made out for interference with the notice dated 8.5.2025 issued by Tahsildar.

All contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is dismissed.
