Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The learned counsel Mr. Sachin Deshmukh for respondent remained absent. On last occasion also, he was absent. 3.

It appears that the applicants are claiming withdrawal of amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the respondent / appellant on 18/01/2014. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the amount of compensation, which was deposited by the respondent / appellant before the concerned learned MACT, is already withdrawn by the claimants. He further pointed out that the respondent had deposited the amount of compensation by deducting the present amount of Rs.25,000/- which the claimants want to withdraw. The frst appeal fled by the respondent, is already dismissed on merit, on 30/01/2019. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and the

2 913 ca 7832-22 amount of Rs.25,000/- alongwith interest accrued thereon till date be paid to the applicants.
