Petitioners allege that the agriculturists in the vicinity of the road have created encroachment thereby affecting the width of the road and it has become difficult for the vehicles owners to ply the vehicles on the village road.

Petitioners have already approached the Collector by tendering representation on 04.07.2018. We direct the Collector to consider the representation tendered by petitioners as well as the resolution adopted by the concerned Village Panchayat and forwarded to the Tahsildar and, to pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The Village Panchayat shall forward copy of the resolution adopted to the Collector for consideration within a week from today.

Petitioners as well as representatives of the Village Panchayat shall cause appearance before the Collector on 10.10.2018 for the purpose of necessary enquiry.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
