By way of this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 16 days in preferring the Family Court Appeal. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and bearing in mind the nature of dispute as well as the period of delay, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Family Court Appeal be registered.
