The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that, the petitioner has been called for verification of the documents by the respondent authority. 2.

The respondent authority may consider verification of the documents and if convinced may not refuse to issue the appointment only on the ground that proceedings are taken up by the Scrutiny Committee to reopen the validation proceedings. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
