This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing the applicants on bail in connection with Crime No. 364 of 2021 registered with Amalner Police Station, Amalner, District-Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 114, 504, 506 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act.

Prosecution case, in short, is that on 31st August 2021 at 8.30 p.m., the informant, his son - injured Sunny, another son Mahesh and others were chitchatting in front of Ramdeo Baba Temple. All of a sudden applicant No.1 Karan and applicant No.2 Anurag came there along with accused Ajit Jadhav and Vinod Jadhav with sticks and knife. They assaulted the informant and his sons. Applicant No. 1 Karan assaulted Sunny by means of knife. Injured Mahesh was assaulted by applicant No.2 Anurag by means of knife. Injured Amol was assaulted by accused Ajit by means of knife. Injured were referred to the hospital. 3.

First information report came to be lodged on 31st August 2021.

From the police papers, it appears that investigation is almost complete. Charge-sheet is also filed. The injury certificates produced by the prosecution shows that only Mahesh had sutured wound on head. Mahesh had un-displaced fracture on right forearm. Other injured did not have any grievous injury. 5.

Applicants do not have any criminal antecedents. They will be available for trial, as they have permanent residence at

Amalner.

In this view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. Hence the following order is passed:

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Each of the Applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with Crime No. 364 of 2021 registered with Amalner Police Station, Amalner, District-Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 114, 504, 506 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act.

(iii) Bail Application is disposed of.
