The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued with the tribe certificate by the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor. The petitioner is selected for the IIT. The tribe certificate is required in the prescribed format of the Central Government.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with the Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor. The Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor shall within a period of five (05) days from submission

2 wp 11905.2021 of the original tribe certificate issue the tribe certificate in the format as prescribed by the Central Government.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
