Jalna submits that, the notification U/Sec. 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is already issued on 18.02.2016.

In the light of that, the grievance of the petitioner raised in the present petition stands redressed. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
