The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending.

According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, real uncle of the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate prior to twenty five years. The petitioner may agitate all the facts before the Committee. 3.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the Committee, we pas the following order.

The Committee shall decide the tribe claim in respect of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
