By order dated 06/08/2025, passed in Writ Petition No.9757/2025, this Court had directed respondent Committee to decide the tribe claim of petitioner at the earliest and in any case before 31/08/2025. Petitioner claims non-compliance of this order. 2.

Petitioner has taken admission at Aditya Engineering College, Beed, for Electrical Engineering Course. He is directed to produce validity certificate on or before 05/09/2025. 3.

Upon instructions from the Committee, learned AGP submits that one week's time is required for the Committee in the case of petitioner as the Committee is over burdened due to numerous caste claims of students which are required to be decided under the directions of this Court.

It is well settled that once the High Court grants validity SVH

2 904-CP-655-25.odt certificate in favour of the sibling / blood relation, the Committee has to issue validity certificate. If the petitioner fails to submit the caste validity certificate on or before 05/09/2025, he will lose his admission. In view of this extreme urgency in the matter, coupled with the fact that petitioner's biological brother is granted tribe validity certificate vide order dated 07/09/2023 passed in Writ Petition No.268/2022, subject to the final outcome of the matters which the Committee has reopened of the validity holders (relatives of the petitioner), we direct the Committee to issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner by tomorrow i.e. 04/09/2025. 5.

We make it clear that the validity certificate issued to the petitioner shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters of relatives of petitioner, which the Committee has reopened. Contempt petition is disposed of.
