The petition is filed to challenge the orders made by learned Trial Court on application filed for temporary injunction and in miscellaneous appeal filed to challenge the order made on temporary injunction application. The temporary injunction is refused to present petitioner. He wanted to protect his possession and prevent the defendant from making construction over his property. The learned Counsel submitted that petitioner is now interested in only getting the early decision of the suit as relief of injunction is not given in his favour and due to that most of the construction is made. 1 / 2

In view of the submissions made, direction is given to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 311 of 2016 within six months from the date of receipt of the order. Petition stands disposed of.
