The applicant has preferred writ petition No. 9491 of 2022, challenging the order of the committee, dated 30.8.2022, invalidating her claim of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe. The petition is yet to be heard for admission and is at pre-notice stage. The petitioner has been issued an order of termination dated 28.9.2022, since her claim has been invalidated.

In view of the above, instead of entertaining the civil application in which a new cause of action has been set out, without amending the petition, this civil application can be disposed off. 3.

Liberty to the petitioner to tender an application with the proposed amendment in the writ petition.
