Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period. 2.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for both the respondents and upon instructions from respondent No.2 submits that since the constitution has been changed, after hearing the petitioner, the claim would be decided within a period of two weeks. 3.

It is to be noted that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 6.11.2012. Therefore, for since last 12 years that matter is pending. Now, in view of the statement made by AGP, which is taken as

{2} 914 sr.no..odt undertaking on behalf of respondent No.2, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 4.
