The appearance of Mr. Dhorde, the learned Counsel for the applicant in Criminal Application No. 4794 of 2016 be incorporated in the title clause of the order dated 16th September 2016.

Similarly, appearance of the learned Counsel Mrs. P.J. Bharad, who assisted the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, should also be incorporated in the title clause of the order dated 16th September 2016.
