Mr. Mundhe, the learned Counsel submits that the record is not corrected as per Section 155 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The learned Addl. G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that in such a case, the petitioner can approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. 4.

In light of that the petitioner may approach the committee constituted under circular dated 13.02.2015. If such an application is filed before the committee, the committee shall process the

WP 646/19 application and take decision and issue directions as permissible in law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from today. Writ Petition is disposed of.
