It is submitted that, the matter before the Committee is closed for orders and within one month the order would be passed.

Till then, the respondents may not withhold the internship completion certificate of the petitioner, however, all other documents may not be issued till the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

The petitioner certainly will have to file an undertaking as directed under order dated 07.03.2019 in Writ Petition No.3351/2019.

Further steps shall be taken by the authorities pursuant to the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.
