The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 234 days in filing Second Appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents though strongly opposed the application, but it appears that, the applicants could not make contact with the Advocate on record to take steps for filing Second Appeal within a stipulated period.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees

After deposit of cost, the Second Appeal of the applicants be registered after removing all the office objections, if any. 5.
