DATE :
FEBRUARY 12, 2016 ORDER :
1.
Mr. Kotkar stands discharged from appearance for petitioner in the present contempt petition. Matter to proceed. 2.
Heard parties. Contempt petition appears to have been moved under misapprehension that respondents have committed contempt of order passed on 02-07-2015 by the Competent Authority and Commissioner for Handicapped, Maharashtra State, Pune by which concerned authorities were directed to decide petitioner's representation for promotion claimed.
CP-559.15 3.
The authorities have accordingly decided the representation of petitioner vide order dated 07-09-2015 rejecting his claim under category of handicapped person. The petitioner has produced copy of said order and states that he intends to challenge the same. 4.
Taking overall view of the matter, it does not appear that contempt petition is tenable.
5.
Contempt petition, as such, stands disposed of. ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J. ) sms
