12.09.2018 P.C. :- The petitioners pray for issuance of directions to the respondents to accept the nomination forms. It is contended that before the prescribed time they appeared before the Returning Officer, however their nomination forms were not accepted. The contentions raised by the petitioners nececitate determination of disputable questions of fact apart from this the petitioners have remedy of raising a challenge after completion of election process in accordance with provisions of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act. 2.

Keeping the aforesaid option open for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of.
