ORDER :- These petitions can be disposed of on a short count as the limited prayer is for direction to the respondent - Zilla Parishad to decide the representations dated 2.9.2021 and 9.9.2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad states that the representation shall be decided in accordance with law and the provisions of Rule 57 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1982.

In that view of the matter, we dispose of the petition directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 2.9.2021 and 9.9.2021, in accordance with applicable provisions of Rule 57 of the Maharashtra Civil Services Pension Rules, within a period of eight weeks from today.
