Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned Counsel for respondent.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, minor son of the applicant is died in the accident. Applicant needs amount for her daily expenses. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned Counsel for respondent objected to allow Pooja K.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Hence, I pass the following order :-
ORDER
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount along-with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking, as per apportionment made by the Tribunal.
(c) The Civil Application is disposed of.
