The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded to consider past services rendered by the petitioners for pension purposes.

The learned AGPs accept notice for respondent nos.1 and 3 in the respective matters. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent no.2 in all the matters. 3.

In case, the applications / representations of the petitioners to consider their past services for pension purposes are pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, then the CEO shall take decision upon it on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within four months and if the petitioners so desire may file fresh representations also.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
