The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the proposals are given by the petitioners to respondent No. 3 for verification of their Sports Certificates. They are given in the year 2019 and 2021 respectively.

In case the proposals for verification of the Sports Certificates are pending with respondent No. 3 and respondent Nos. 3 is competent to take decision upon it, then respondent No. 3 shall decide it in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.
