The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Rajgond' Scheduled Tribe. Their tribe certificates were subjected to scrutiny. The respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, declined to grant the petitioners validity certificates. They are, therefore, before us. 3.

On hearing the learned Advocates representing the respective parties, it is revealed that the blood relations of the petitioners have been granted validity certificates. They are cousin uncle and aunt, as well. The relationship with these validity holders is not in dispute before us. The only course of action, therefore, available for us is to grant the petitioners validity certificates, conditionally.

ORDER

i.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.

Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, is directed to issue the petitioners validity certificates of 'Rajgond' Scheduled Tribe.

iii.

The validity certificates to be issued to the petitioners shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates of the validity holders.

iv.
