ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 3002 days in fling the appeal. The delay appears to be caused due to their poor fnancial condition. The learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants the delay of 3002 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
