DATE : 10.02.2021 P.C.:- Heard Shri Chaudhari learned counsel for the applicants. He states that he has deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court. Delay of 38 days is caused in preferring the appeal. In para 3 of the application the applicants have assigned the cause for delay. It is stated that the delay was caused on account of procedural formalities. 2.

Since the amount of compensation is deposited and since sufficient cause is made out, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost. Delay is condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- to be paid to the claimant.
