Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State and the learned counsel for the complainant. 2.

The applicants are behind bar from 09.03.2022. The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the material investigation has been completed. The applicants have cooperated with the investigation. Out of misunderstanding the report was lodged. However, the complainant realised his mistake with the intervention of relatives and friends. He has sworn in an affidavit and placed on record. It has also been vehemently argued that there are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. All the applicants are young and have a good future.

Learned counsel for the complainant supported the affidavit filed by the complainant/injured.

It seems that the applicants are languishing behind bar for more than nine months. The material investigation has been completed. It would be inappropriate to keep them behind bar. Hence, the order:- i) Applications are allowed.

ii) Applicant - Suraj Ramdas Zaware in B.A.No.1652 of 2022, applicants Nos. (1) Sharad s/o. Pandharinath Lakade and (2) Ajay s/o. Bapu Bhise in B.A.No.981 of 2022, applicant - Vivek @ Pappu s/o. Navnath Rohokale in B.A.No.982 of 2022, and applicant - Lalit @ Lalya s/o. Sahebrao Kharmale in B.A.No.983 of 2022, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.0171 of 2022 registered with Parner Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 329, 397, 364, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition to attend the Sessions Court on each and every effective date of hearing.
