The present petition is filed against the order of the District Court allowing the Miscellaneous Appeal inter alia the application for temporary injunction filed by the respondent. 2.

This Court on 23.12.2013 had directed parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit land. It is submitted that the suit is still pending. After such a long slumber of four years, it would be appropriate for the parties to get the suit decided on merits.

Considering the above I pass the following order.

ORDER

i) The trial Court shall endeavor to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within nine months.

ii) Till the disposal of the suit the interim order passed by

96 wp 8582.13.odt this Court dated 23.12.2013 shall operate.

iii) Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. iv) In view of disposal of writ petition the intervention application also stands disposed of.
